    The bed was amazingly comfortable.

    The tv powerpoint was turned off and up high, i couldnt reach it, my partner who is almost 6 foot could just reach it, also the tv remote broken with sticky tape holding the batteries in, had to realy fiddle with it to get it to work. And the glasswear and coffee cups stored in the bathroom cuboard instead of cuboard where the kettle is etc. I find this strange storing in bathroom, toilet area.

    I think my comment above say it all.

    Location

    Accessibility. It said it was wheelchair accessible. There was no way we could have got my wheelchair into that room. I had enough trouble getting in and out myself. The step up was far too much.
