    Leaving, spoke with the oncoming manager, after the previous lasted 3 weeks.. all lip service.

    Rooms smelled of cigarettes, furniture was broken, rusty nails protruding the chairs, rubbish bin with food left in it .. kettle was a hazard in itself.. unless they sink tens of thousands into this place..give it a wide berth.

    Very Disappointing. Managers were very helpful but they were working in impossible situation due to

    New managers (of only 2 days) were very helpful and did everything possible to rectify problems where possible.

    Microwave did not work (substituted) No kettle in room ( new one purchased_ No cutlery in room except one fork and spoon ( set of 3 delivered to room No inside table and chairs (we had to bring old outdoor furniture inside to eat) On final day we were called to ask why we had not vacated because we had only booked and paid for 2 night, whereas we had booked and paid for 3 nights with Bookings.com. Was rectified by manager and after some shuffling we did not have to change room.

    Terrible we literally walked in stayed 20minutes and left we didn’t even stay the night it was that disgusting they shou

    Nothing at all!

    The room smelt the the carpets were ripped walls half painted the door was taped everything felt dirty even walking through the pool area very unsafe and disgusting!
