  GETTING INTO THE GATE WE CAUGHT HELL.

  EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THE STAY WAS PERFECT.

  THE GATE KEEPER STATED THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET AND EMAIL FROM THE PROPERTY MANGER TO ADD TO THE LIST AT THE GATE FOR EACH CAR. I HAD TO GO UP EACH TIME TILL ONE OF THEM ADDED THE CARS. THAT IS THE ONLY ISSUES I HAD.

  I liked that the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were a good size, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a variety of appliances, which was convenient during the stay.

  There were several things about this property that future guests should be aware of. First, the listing advertises being close to Disney and other theme parks, but in reality the drive was over 40 minutes and could be significantly longer depending on interstate traffic. I found the description somewhat misleading. Communication was also a challenge. There was no direct person to call with questions, and messages were either answered the next day or not answered at all. The security guard mentioned free community activities but did not provide directions or explain where they were located. We eventually found the area ourselves, only when it was almost time to leave. It was located across the road and a mile or two from the home. The property itself had a few maintenance and safety concerns. The curtain rods in the living room were bent. The door leading to the pool did not lock, which could be a safety issue for families with young children. The gate from the pool area to the grassy area also did not lock. Additionally, the front door code consistently had to be entered twice before the door would unlock. If you plan to use the grill, be sure to check the propane tank before shopping for supplies, as we had to replace the tank ourselves. While the kitchen had plenty of appliances such as an air fryer and microwave, there was not a good set of pots and pans available for cooking. Finally, the game room was disappointing. The pool table is positioned so close to the walls that there is not enough room to comfortably play without risking damage to the walls. We chose not to use it because it did not seem practical or safe. Overall, there were some positives, but these issues affected our experience and are things I believe future guests should know before booking.
