    Family trip with college aged daughter and friends, home was lovely with plenty of space!

    Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood, we loved walking down to the coffee shop in the morning. Quiet area with quick access to downtown Atlanta. Random thing I loved, there was ice in the ice maker in the freezer. We use a lot of ice, and I don't understand why so many properties won't have the ice maker on. Homeowner has a binder that lists how to get to local grocery stores and restaurants. Best part of the property? There was no extensive cleaning list to complete, which I really appreciate. What they did ask for was perfectly reasonable; towels put at the laundry room and trash taken outside.

    Keurig in the main kitchen did not work, and I forgot to tell the property owner so they would know. There was a second Keurig in a small suite that we also had access to as part of the whole house, it worked. We simply moved it to the main kitchen during our stay. Really not a problem!

    The place was perfect for the occasion needed which was my family reunion. I like that it accommodated a good amount of people by the setup of the beds!

    The yard could’ve been better maintained but it’s was ok.
