    Good

    Location was great for us as we were visiting friends who live nearby. Directly above a Woolworths, nice wine shop etc. Air Con works very well.

    Check in process is a bit inconvenient. This is your classic apartment managed by a 3rd party who don't really care - cleaning was obviously pretty superficial (drains in the shower were disgusting, deck/outdoor furniture was caked in dust/grime, and the kitchen is pretty poorly equipped in terms of glassware, cutlery etc. Salt & pepper both empty etc.
