The location was excellent but the lack of a second bathroom for two elderly couples was disappointing. What we paid was
Location to town centre. Property was clean.
The property was advertised as two bathroom, which was the reason we booked. It did not have two bathrooms. The second bedroom was small and the beds were quite small for a tall person.

I won’t be coming back again and won’t recommend to family or friends
Room was ok, bed was comfortable.
It’s actually not in town, it’s up the hill and very step walk way and stairs, if you have senior citizens or kids not suitable. We called twice for a earlier check in, Staff answered the phone was rude and not accommodating insisted 3pm check in, it was raining heavily and my daughter needed somewhere for a nap we had no where to put the luggage. We asked for a late check out like 10:30 or 11, again it was rejected. I don’t know if you need 10am to 3pm to clean the apartment, guests request won’t even be considered even we asked it’s for seniors and kids. Shower was not good. Not worth the money!

Very clean, comfy beds, right in town and the spa was lovely at the end of cold day of sightseeing!
The location is excellent, right in town so we didnt have to drive (as parking is difficult to find!). The beds were very comfy and it was a great size for myself, my husband and 2 boys. The spa was a lovely addition and welcome after a cold day of sightseeing! Very clean, had everything we needed and we would stay again if we come back to Queenstown.
The only little things that may need some attention is the tap in the upstairs bathroom is turned so it flows outside the tub. I tried to fix, but may need a plumber, so we didnt use it. Also, the vinyl on the spa pool cover is flaking and may need replacing.

Overall was good and would stay again.
The location is great and you get a park the hot tub was a bonus!
