Poor
perfect location, host avilability
Appartment 4 is a very small apartment on the 1st floor, facing the inner part of the adjacent all buildings. Therefore there is almost no natural light which makes the room depressing. Also the wall color (grey) makes it worse. Facilities are poorly maintained (walls are dirty), furniture are old (couch and bed) and infrastucture of low quality (bathroom is renovated, however poorly constructed with visible flaws like somebody wanted to finish it quickly). Apartment was poorly cleaned (hair and beard in the toothbrush cup etc).
