  I really liked the location of the property, as it was very close to the beach. There were plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. The area was great for walking and jogging, with lots of pleasant routes nearby. The three swimming pools were excellent, and the view from the apartment was beautiful. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would happily return.

  The only downside was that the air conditioning in the apartment was not working. Fans were provided, but during the warmer nights they were not enough to keep the apartment cool, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

  Could be nice, but greed has let this place down.

  The location is good.

  Unfortunately on arrival we were told (quite angrily) by reception that the apartment is nothing to do with them and we couldn’t use their WiFi. Luckily one of us had WiFi to contact the owner to arrange the key collection. We were given only two keys to the main door, for a party of six this was difficult as reception will not let you in. The apartment is very dated. Cupboards are full with junk and almost falling off. We had a broken toilet for more than half our stay which we were promised would be fixed in a day or two. Old food left in the fridge. Shower was cold most of the time. Beds were very uncomfortable, the sofa bed isn’t suitable for someone to sleep on for a holiday. The TV didn’t work properly. When we used the washing machine we had complaints from both neighbours as it’s ridiculously loud. The front door was temperamental. The sliding doors on the balcony are difficulty to open and very loud. No curtains for the rooms. I left a security deposit and it wasn’t returned because we left bags of rubbish in the kitchen and empty glass bottles. I think it’s normal for a cleaner to take these away, there were no bins in the apartment so we used plastic bags that we bought (one for each bedroom). No bin bags provided for the kitchen bin so we thought it’d be fine to leave these bags next to the bin, apparently not. No recycling on site so left the glass bottles for them to dispose of correctly, apparently this wasn’t expected from them. Asked for an extra night due to two of the party taking a different flight. Was agreed and the price was fair. Asked if we could leave the bags until the flight, was told yes that’s fine so left the apartment and left the bags next to the door. Was then charged a ‘late checkout fee’ which was not agreed. If that was the case we could have stayed in the apartment, not left. The owner will ask you to cancel the booking and pay directly for a cheaper price, I wouldn’t recommend it as you have no protection from booking .

  Vue magnifique et proche de toutes commodités

  Appartement très propre et bien équipé, accueil par Oksana très agréable ! La vue depuis les terrasses est magnifique. La situation géographique est top, proche du supermarché, des plages, des restaurants et commerces. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec l'eau chaude, le propriétaire a été très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

  Ce n'est qu'un détail mais il manquerait un four dans la cuisine !
