    Ferragosto con i carabinieri, un'esperienza da provare

    La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff

    Io e mia figlia abbiamo prenotato e ci hanno piazzato in un terzo piano senza ascensore in una struttura diversa da quella centrale. Il portale al momento della prenotazione non faceva alcun accenno al fatto che solo la struttura principale avesse l'ascensore. Quando abbiamo protestato ci è stato sì concesso di spostarci ma chiedendoci poi di tornare nell'ultima notte nella stanza prenotata senza ascensore. L'alternativa sarebbe stata un aggravio di costi per rimanere nella nostra camera. Solo l'intervento dei carabinieri ha fatto dirimere la questione. C'è da chiedersi inoltre come una struttura in Italia si permetta di avere una reception dove quando abbiamo parlato italiano ci hanno guardato come fossimo dei marziani (parlavano tedesco). Segnaliamo che nella zona piscina l'incaricato ci ha segnalato che praticamente quasi tutti i lettini erano malfunzionanti. La metà andrebbero riparati o sostituiti.

    Friends group tennis holiday.

    Tennis courts and swimming pool and jacuzzi on property in a charming garden setting. Excellent breakfast buffet selection. Within 10 minutes walk to lake shore and 30 minutes walk to town of Malcesine. Bedrooms with balcony and lake and garden views. Bicycle rental available on site.
