Very comfortable & relaxed base for our leisure trip.

Great location from which to explore central London. The hotel staff were welcoming & helpful & the bar pleasant to enjoy a drink. The room was well appointed & comfortable. The club room & fresh water stations on each floor.

The room looked onto a wall from a small window.

Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to London! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Farsan and Jake, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly made a difference and deserve special recognition! Thank you for the lovely hospitality! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to London!

Je n’y retournerai plus malgré le bon emplacement

    Personnel aimable

Au petit-déjeuner rien pour les personnes allergiques au lactose à part une salade de fruit…
