Perfect stay, beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend
EACH CATEGORY FOR MY RATINGS IS OUT OF 10: STAFF: 10+ Honestly 10 doesn’t even do it justice. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, nothing is too much trouble. I was checked in by Cynthia ( I hope I spelt it right ) and straight away she was kind, polite and very friendly. Even complimented me on my accent ( I’m from the UK ) and said how nice my hair was. It’s a small compliment like that which mean a lot. She was informative and had a great knowledge of local shops and eating places. Really useful if you’re unsure on what you want. The bellhop staff at the front door would always greet you no matter what time of day you arrive. And they always hold the door for you. It was very nice One night I needed extra hand soap , I rang down to the desk and within 2/3 mins someone came up with it. Replaced it and took away the old container. ROOM: 10 Absolutely beautiful , clean, perfect. Nothing was dusty or looked out of places. Very well stocked as well. 2 kitchen rolls, multiple face and body towels in the bathroom. Cutlery, pots , pans and cups provided. Kettle, ironing board and iron also. Also a little seating area with a table and 2 chairs Bathroom was perfect as well. Perfectly clean and well stocked. Just a very well stocked room with everything you could possibly want. The bed aswell, perfect. Not too firm and not too soft. Was perfect for me. The whole room was perfect LOCATION: 10 One of the reason I booked here was because of the location. Right outside the front of the hotel is the streetcars line. Honestly was so convenient and useful for me as I had to get from the hotel to the smoothie king arena one evening and then to the Zoo & Aquarium the next day, So using this system was perfect and was very well connected A lot of eating places close by as well. You have Burger King and popeyes about 5/6 mins away.
The fact I only stayed 3 days ( 2 nights ) I wish I stayed for longer

We were hounded by the aggressive staff to do a 90 minute time share presentation. We were told it was a requirement for the say. There was no such requirement mentioned in our booking agreement.
