Great place to stay and great area to stay in.

Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. The room had all we needed for the few days we were there. Great location and nice walking area. Staff was friendly and communication via text msgs was great.

The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are too small for adults. The living room furniture is not designed for comfort or relaxing

Our best of many Newport stays.

The staff upgraded our suite to one with extremely beautiful harbor views and allowed us to check in several hours early,
