Got downgraded from a 2 bdrm suite to a rm with 1 bed for 4 people. Didn't find out until arrival.r

This place is a scam! Do NOT book here! It's some kind of timeshare thing and they downgrade you right before you get there. At least the staff was able to help reloalcate us to another hotel. Stay away from the Extra Holidays company. They try to hide under the Wyndham name.

Extra Holidays is a scam company

Good stay at an excellent location

The bedroom was really good and the location was excellent

I was surprised that they only required the id of the person who did the reservation and not to the other’s guests. Also, the staff weren’t so clear to explain offers to the clients
