    Nice property

    Units were large and comfortable and modern. Location was short distance outside of Pagosa Springs near restaurants and shopping. Lots of space to walk around. Deer on premesis.

    Walls were thin and we could hear talking and doors close in adjoining units. At check in i was told we had a golf course view but when we got to our unit all windows and the porch/patio faced the parking lot. Bath baseboards needed cleaning.

    Beautiful and expansive property for great, calm walks. The geese were really cool.

    A lot of grassy areas had dog feces here and there.
