Great location! Great staff!
The location was great. Easy access in all directions to go explore. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Xander, Eil, Chris and Jose were all so attentive, helpful and just simply wonderful. I would definitely stay again. The only thig that would have the stay even better would have been a unit with a view. (I was ground floor facing the pool.)

Wonderful experience
My husband and I have always enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham and hope to return in the future. Our room was immaculate as well as the grounds of the hotel.

Everyone enjoyed their stay. And we loved the friendly front desk staff!!
Rooms were comfortable. The pool facilities and surrounding area were beautiful. We loved the wristbands and we loved that they gave us enough.
We really did NOT like the additional charge for parking for EVERY vehicle. The amount that we pay should cover that! I can maybe understand an additional car charge but we should be able to park one car per room. The additional charge makes it NOT family friendly. We had a big family gathering with 5 rooms and that additional charge made it more difficult. Please please please disclose that! It was a BIG Shock to hear a day before coming!

Non Stop Kids Screaming In The Pool
It’s after 9 pm and the non stop kids screaming in the pool hasn’t stopped. Isn’t there Quiet Hours? If you are looking for a quiet & relaxing vacation, don’t stay here.

Nice Place
We visited in the off season, so it wasn't crowded, which was nice. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit smaller than we're used to, but were otherwise nice. There aren't many activities offered at the resort - apparently only smores kits offered on Friday and Saturday nights. There is a bus stop right outside the resort so you can hop on a free city bus to get around the area.
