  meh

  came for the weekend for a wedding and had late check in due to them cleaning the room, but when we got in the room it didn’t even look like it had been deep cleaned. the service was also terrible — all week we tried getting wifi and they said it was down and they were working on it the entire trip. and when we checked out we overheard them tell another guest the password, even tho they told us it wasn’t available. we stayed for 3 days and booked another hotel. i don’t really reccomend unless you’re coming here to do literally nothing.

  Terrible Experience Unsafe, Unclean, and Poorly Managed

  My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The lobby lacked proper attention and a welcoming atmosphere, and there did not seem to be adequate security or staff presence. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, which made the environment even more unpleasant. Housekeeping service was extremely slow and took far too long to respond to requests. Several workers were also rude and unprofessional, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the property did not feel clean, secure, or well-managed. The lack of security, marijuana odor, poor housekeeping response, unattended lobby, Dirty floors, Broken Kitchen and rude service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I did not complete the vacation stay. I was suppose to leave Wednesday but I ended up leaving Sunday because my family felt uncomfortable.I would not recommend staying here.

  Not what we traded for

  We were invuted to sales presentation. In return we were to receive a refund of our RCI exchange fee. As of today we have not been credited with exchange fee. RCI suggested that I contact Concuere at Sea Gardens Pompano Beach. They do not return calls. We expected to ba on beach side. Our studio was noisey. We could hear neughboring room. We could also smell when they were cooking.

  I like the location. Have had much cleaner room previously.

  The room was dirty and molded. Piles of dust and mold in the bathrooms.End tables in bedroom had food from previous guests. Microwave only worked if you slammed the door The grounds were dirty unlike before when I have stayed there.
