一般，建议谨慎入住
离附近的海滩步行2分钟，是一片挺舒服的海滩。房间面积挺大的，厨房用具完善，还有个小露台，给我们升级了一个三个房间的套房，车可以停在房间入口的门口，适合自驾。
总体来说不开车过去的话完全不建议，距离附近的餐厅和超市步行都有点距离不怎么方便，好处是晚上很安静出门全是居民区，坏处就是不太适合晚上出门溜达。我们的房间主要出入口的门坏掉了从里外都打不开，晚上回去才发现，但庆幸我们有三个出入口的门，从露台门进去了。前台小哥自己过去试了半天也宣告了失败说第二天再叫人过去修，但第二天要退房了就这样吧。而且感觉这个门在开的时候带着整个玻璃都在动不是很牢固的感觉。怎么说我们这个房间呢，就是虽然大而且新，但感觉是个半成品，而且设计有点问题。出入口的门一亮灯就能从外面直接看到主卧室里面，导致只能关着卧室门；房间墙上预留了电视位的插头但没电视；浴室没有吹风机的插头位，而且浴室没帘子或者门洗完澡地上全是水；带衣帽间的卧室的窗户关不上。不好说是不是其他房间也有类似的问题，但这房间确实不太适合长期住人。哦对了早餐内容很简单，但也还可以吧。

El predio con su piscina y plantas permite un gran relax. El trato del personal es muy cordial. Las instalaciones de los apartamentos son muy cómodas.
La bajada a la playa se hace difícil para.niños de poca edad con carrito y luego la subida es exigida. Pero las vistas, la arena y el agua de la playa Maria Luisa son espectaculares
