We lost power to the boiler and although they fixed it the same day nobody thought to let us know.

Extremely disappointing
The location was what we wanted and ability to sit out nice. The property looked nice
The stairs which were not mentioned and were almost vertical and with a downstairs bathroom this was extremely difficult for us due to my husband currently using a walking stick. The bathroom really needs a re fit as initially looks nice but when really look it has been tarted up really and the shower pressure was extremely bad and quite a high step into the bath. The wifi at times could be slow. We left the property after one night but thankfully received a refund.
