Miserable Miserable Miserable!!
The guest in the room above us was very noisy. By 10:30 I finally had enough and went to the front desk to explain the problem. The noise continued until midnight. The next morning I asked the front desk why the noise wasn't dealt with, the they said, " we don't like knocking on guests door after 10pm. What a crock! If they had told me the previous night they weren't going to do anything about the noise, I would have confronted the guest myself. No, I will never stay there again.

Strange night.
Rm 206. There was a periodic faint popping sound from the phone or maybe the radio thru most of the nite. If I bheld my ear to either I heard nothing. Thought I was going crazy until my wife moved closer and heard it too. At 6:32 AM the phone rang. I answered but it was playing easy listening music and no-one came on! Thought it was a mistaken wake-up. Young woman on front desk said it was NOT a wake-up as it does not play music. I joked the room seemed haunted. She mentioned your automatic doors sometimes opened and closed when no-one was there. Is there an electrical 'bug' or ... something else? Left puzzled and lacking sleep.
