  This accommodation is severely misrepresented.

  I do not recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation. There were several issues. This is a pricier accommodation and it definitely wasn't worth the price. 1. Out of the 6 days I stayed here I only had hot water in the shower for 2 days. The host kept providing me a run around answer and the issue was never fixed. 2. Poo was found from some sort of animal in the upper kitchen cabinets. Was told it was mice or a gecko. But then the cleaning person said the bottom floor of the house has a rat problem so that it could be rats too. 3. Shower glass has a green tint to it from mold and mildew. It was gross to shower in. 4. The shower has no exhaust fan for ventilation and a terrible vanity mirror to get ready in the morning. There's no mat to use on the floor for the shower so the floor gets all wet in the bathroom. Shower was poorly designed and water gets all over the bathroom floor. 5. There is a shared door between my room and the downstairs guests. This door has a lock that people can see through it into my room. This was a big privacy concern for me. 6. The walls in the room are very short and I bumped my head several times. I'm not tall either at 5'9. With the walls being so short the ceiling lighting is harsh on the eyes. 7. The balcony is very noisy and this accommodation sits right on one of the busiest roads in Madeira. This ruined the balcony experience for me and wasn't worth the premium price I paid for this accommodation. 8. There's very poor sound insulation. I was able to clearly hear the downstairs guests talking. Had trouble sleeping because of the guest noise. This accommodation says it's private but the house is shared with a downstairs guests. It felt like I was sharing a room with other guests rather than it being private home. 9. Bed was uncomfortable and very cheap bed sheets were used. It felt like plastic and made a lot of noise when moving around under the covers.

  We had a good time.

  Location was good. Close to the beach and restaurants

  There was some street noise in the living room, but the bedroom was quiet, which was great for sleeping.

  Presque top, dommage pour la route

  L’équipement et la décoration. Le logement spacieux et moderne. La clim. Les couchages et les salles de bain Le groupe Homie tout à fait attentionné et charmant.

  La route très passante et bruyante juste devant. Nous n’aurions clairement pas choisi cet emplacement si nous l’avions su. Nous n’avons absolument pas profité de la terrasse avec vue sur l’océan.
