    Nice tidy accommodation. Close to Beach, public transport and the township. A very quiet place in winter. Great value.

    Sauber und entrümpelt gern wieder. Der Verwalter muss dringend an sich arbeiten

    Sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung (Bus 2 Minuten entfernt und ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Christchurch) sowie die Nähe zum Strand.

    Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ab und zu ist eine Komplettreinigung und eine Entrümpelung (uralte, halbvolle Marmeladengläser, zerfetzter Bademantel und alte Decken in den Schränken. Von Seiten des Verwalters kamen viel zu viele und viel zu lange Nachrichten - teilweise mehrfach identische Texte. Unser Verlängerungswunsch scheiterte an der komplexen Abwicklung des Verwalters.
