    Fortunately we had great weather in a fab location

    The shower was very good and it was lovely to be greeted by the duck and chicken in the garden. The village was lovely, a very friendly place and our host was knowledgeable of the area and probably kind hearted as she had rescued various animals.

    We found the cottage extremely small for two people, ie, in the bedroom having to clamber over ones partner to get into bed, as the bed was shoe horned into the room up against a wall. No wardrobe for hanging clothes due to no space - therefore our luggage bags left unpacked in the lounge. Overall we found the place shabby. Definitely in need of updating.

    Quant cottage central to village and pubs and local buses, comfy bed.

    The living room carpet could do with updating and seating area could of benefited from a cut back but overall comfy little stay.
