    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property.

    The property was home from home. It was very clean , comfortable and spacious.A nicely presented property. The decor was lovely.My bedroom ( the front one) is the best one I have used .Also it was nice to have a choice of books to read , the games were useful. We particularly enjoyed the dart board.The property also had a very pleasant back garden to sit out in.

    We struggled with the front door.It took 20 minutes to work it out. A polite suggestion, a simple guide to use the door inside the outside key safe? Also being not quite as mobile as my friends I found it difficult using the shower without a grab bar. Again a polite suggestion, a suction grab bar that can be removed and back on again when necessary.

    The space inside and the comfortable beds, also the back garden.

    The edge of the bath surround is all cracked at the corner near the toilet and a couple of us staying caught their leg on it. Also the way to access the property, i downloaded the app and apart from the first day it just wouldn't unlock the front door. We had to take the backdoor key with us when we went out and our nephew would go down the back alley to unlock the door and then open the front door for us to get in each day.

    Lovely stay and location was fabulous for North Bay.

    Location was brilliant, close to Peasholm Park and Open Air Theatre. Kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom was big and comfy.

    The Bold App - it was a little disconcerting to trust an app to lock the door and as the app and code was only sent to one of our party, the back door keys had to used by other members of our party.

    Great place to stay with the family, close to the park and a lovely walk down to north bay. Quiet location with permit parking outside (permit was supplied by the property). The outside space was a lovely bonus.
