    Stay away! Wrong key box code, host initially unresponsive then aggressive.

    Nothing - we were locked out in the dark with a baby and never got inside because the host gave us the wrong key box code then screamed and swore at us.

    The aggressive host who shouted at us over the phone when we tried to contact her because she gave us the wrong code to the key box! A group of us (including a 3 month old baby) arrived at 8:30pm after travelling since 11am to get there, only to find that the code for the key box didn't work. We tried to contact the host many times but she didn't pick up the phone for over 45 mins so we had to wait outside in the cold & dark with a hungry baby. When she finally picked up, she started screaming and swearing at us over the phone, saying she was in the shower and had her own kids keeping her busy, kept hanging up then calling back to shout at us some more, and refusing to give us the code. Utterly unprofessional. We did not feel safe staying there and had to find an expensive emergency hotel in Bournemouth for the 8 of us at 10pm at night! Wouldn't have been an issue if she'd simply picked up the phone and given us the correct code! Have provided the video recording to booking.com because the experience was quite frankly scary.

    A great stay for a large group, welcoming with everything you need in a house.

    Great for a large group, lots of bedrooms and a great large table for gathering around and a 10 minute taxi to the beach/town.

    Super miejsce do zwiedzania,niedaleko plaża

    Byliśmy w 3 rodziny,jedynie minus to za mało miejsc parkingowych,ale po przeciwnej stronie drogi można było zaparkować 3 auto
