    Nice location.

Good location. And when you turned the heater on, it was warm quickly.

The cleanliness off the property was an issue, literally looked like they had made the beds and emptied the bin, the hot water tap in the bathroom was broken and constantly ran, the hot water was dangerously hot. Couldn’t use the pool as it was shut for maintenance!

    Could have been better

    Where it was situated

Downstairs was basic and not very clean but bedrooms and beds were good

A good value base for exploring the area and local beaches

Great base for exploring the local area and heading up to Gorleston Beach with the family. Accommodation was good value and enough for a short stay, with access to the swimming pool. The host gave detailed instructions for checking in. We had a great few days!

Not enough plates/cutlery for a family of 5. Worth restocking some of the basics.

    Awful

It is on a lovely sight

The accommodation was dirty we had to clean the bathrooms . The beds are uncomfortable the quilts are to thin . Cleanliness is a big problem. One of the showers had that much hair it was block and when you took a shower you had wash back which was gross so we all had to use the shower in the other property. The verandas are filthy and gate is broken. We couldn’t the rubbish out in chalet 80 because the bins were out the front full awaiting to be emptied. The kitchen needs upgrading with utensils cutlery and cooking pots. The washing machine in one had mould in it I did buy a cleaner to go through it and it didn’t make any difference.
