    Lovely location

    Lovely location. Great seaside views and walks into Boscombe along the seafront. Comfy beds too. Well equipped kitchen as far as cutlery and plates.

    Does need some tlc to furniture and fittings. Maybe put throws on the sofas to hide marks and stains.

    Fab apartment

    The apartment is beautifully laid out. Close to shops and the beach is a 5 min walk.

    It is on the third floor, which is fine unless you have mobility restrictions.

    Terrible experience trying to make it turn it to a positive one as I am always trying to look into the why

    The location only but a new building been build taken all the parking space and blocking the sea view

    Construction noise, bed bugs , extreme heat with one fan only and no allocated parking space we did not get full view of sea and with noisy daily construction starting from 08:00 till 17:00 daily and smoking coming from terrace below ,
