    Beautiful studio

    This studio is lovely. It was perfect for 2 adults and a preteen. It had all the accessories needed and is perfectly located for many local and slightly further away attractions.

    Parking was slightly difficult at times, but we always got a space within 5=10 minutes walk.

    Comfortable and welcoming location. I would stay again but only if the bathroom heater is made safe.

    Very pretty cottage, though I would describe it rather as a studio. Kitchen/living/bedroom all in one. Nicely decorated and with a good range of equipment for preparing food. The location was excellent for Dunblane riverside walks and the town itself. I personally enjoyed being in close proximity to the rail line but others may be bothered by this.

    The bathroom was heated by an electric wall heater. This plugged into a standard socket. This is an unacceptable risk and should be replaced with a hard-wired appliance. The bathroom was a separate room from the main one and hence was chilly, therefore it was necessary to use this heater but I did so with reluctance. The exterior of the cottage needed some tidying up.
