Be careful
How polite the staff was
Room was very damp, wet feeling, floor in shower was extremely slick causing me to fall and get all bruised on my left side. My son also was doing the splits trying to shower. Didn't get good rest and still trying to get a partial refund. I'm just glad it wasn't an older person that fell. The manager said they were going to get anti slip things in the shower and did an incident report

Not happy.
I got a receipt for $146+ and then the charge on my credit.card was.$157+. Why the extra charge? Please look into this matter.

Loved it cleaned friendly
Staff was extremely understanding when we let them know our flight had been canceled and changed multiple times and we needed a room to where we could sleep to catch a 4am flight out of Des Moines the environment was very pleasant.
The only thing I can think of is to have some time of breakfast a little earlier for guest that are leaving early I did see workers leaving. It can be something simple to grab and go.
