    Captive market due to only reasonable hotel option in the area, but WAY overpriced for what it is.

    Proximity to event we were attending. Closer than staying in Sioux City.

    First room smelled awful, like wet dog and urine. Second room was somewhat better, no urine smell. Both rooms smelled musty and moldy.

    We requested gluten free options. There wasn’t really anything decent to eat.

    Terrible breakfast options. Sausage was bad. Cottage cheese was rotten. Very few choices of food.
