    Bom custo benefício

    Apartamento é bom, tem dois banheiros um na parte de baixo e um no quarto de cima, utensílios funcionam bem, tem salão de jogos nos fundos do prédio, custo benefício muito bom, porteiro bem simpático e prestativo, Sr Cláudio ( proprietário) também é bem solícito.

    Praia fica a 1,2 km, não é 500 MTS, mais nada que atrapalhe, dá pra ir a pé tranquilamente.
