    Great location, very easy stroll to ipanema beach, near Leblon restaurants and local restaurants. Safe area, we arrived after dark and had absolutely no issues. We felt very safe and the apartment is very spacious. There are several supermarkets nearby so self catering is easy. Entry code system worked perfectly and there's also a concierge. Very easy to get an uber as there was always lots nearby even for our very early flight. Quiet at night and no noise from any neighbours in the building. Would definitely stay again if in Rio, Ipanema is nicer than Copacabana and is a great place to spend the day, you can even pop back to the apartment whenever you want.

    In our experience everywhere we have stayed in South America can have noise for whatever reason and can be different from day to day so just take some earplugs everywhere.

    Excellent apartment

    Lovely, modern & clean apartment with a great location in Ipanema! Security guard at reception during the day was a good addition. The host was very communicative and helpful (and even allowed us to check in early as we had a 5am flight arrival!) Thank you very much for an excellent stay!

    The apartment is lovely and very well maintained. The location is really superb and the block feels safe to be around. It is close to a supermarket and to the beach. The facilities are well maintained and we changed some plans so we could enjoy the apartment and not be out all day.
