If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Free check-in is available from 17:00 to 19:30, Monday to Saturday. Arrivals outside these hours (after 19:30, and all day on Sundays and public holidays) are subject to an additional fee of €30, payable when collecting the keys. Important: Keys can only be handed over outside regular hours if the online check-in has been completed in advance. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Last-minute bookings may experience a check-in delay of up to 2 hours, especially for reservations made close to 17:00. The pool is open on days from 15/06/26 to 15/09/26. Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a €30 fee will be charged upon key collection. Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, it will be considered a no-show), and they will be charged the full amount of the stay.
