  Estancia bien, anfitriones muy mal.

  Cuando fui a dejar las llaves, la inmobiliaria estaba cerrada, volví a las 10:15 y me las recogió una persona. Cuando vi que me habían escrito por Booking les comenté que no había nadie en la inmobiliaria, y me dijeron tal cual "Nadie te ha dicho que vayas a dejar las llaves. No contentos, les escribo sobre la fianza y me mandan un pantallazo, les respondo si está tramitada y me dicen que si no se lo que es, que pregunte al banco... sobra más explicación.

  Very disappointing experience — major issues with the apartment and agency Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Although the apartment is located in a good area and has a convenient location, there were several serious issues that made our stay uncomfortable. 1. Air conditioning The air conditioning in the apartment did not work. Getting it replaced was an extremely unpleasant experience. We had to repeatedly contact the agency, and the communication was argumentative and unprofessional. Instead of handling the problem calmly and efficiently, we experienced rude and inappropriate communication. Eventually, a portable air conditioner was provided. It helped to some extent, but it was absolutely not sufficient to cool the apartment. It remained extremely hot and humid, making it very difficult to sleep and feel comfortable. 2. No lighting on the balcony There was no lighting on the balcony because there were no light bulbs. As a result, it was impossible to properly use the balcony in the evening — for example, to sit outside or have dinner. 3. Ants in the kitchen There were ants in the kitchen, and we had to deal with them ourselves and periodically use insect spray. 4. Bathroom ventilation and unpleasant smell There was no proper ventilation in the bathroom. After every shower, the bathroom became extremely hot and humid, with the moisture remaining for a long time. There was also a persistent and very unpleasant smell of urine coming from the bathroom. It was particularly noticeable around the toilet and seemed to come from the plumbing or ventilation. This made using the bathroom very uncomfortable. 5. Unprofessional communication from the agency Unfortunately, our problems with the agency started even before the trip. We were pressured to pay a deposit, and the communication from the agency was unpleasant and confrontational. During our stay, when we reported problems, the attitude remained rude and unhelpful.

  Great location, but many things to improve

  Location and well equiped

  Entrance was not marked. Ants in the kitchen. Noisy air conditioner which could only cool one room. Kitchen sink full of sand, knives with nuttela on them left in the washing machine.

  Good location, clean and everything you need was in the apartment.

  The air-conditioning wasn't very good and there was a bad smell from the bathroom.
