Great place, perfect quiet location
Amazing place with two separate bedrooms at two different floor levels (one of them with traditional and comfortable futons). Perfect for e.g. two couples who don’t mind sharing the bathroom. Restroom on each floor. Guidebooks about Kyoto and some games available to borrow :) The possibility to use the washing/drying machine was very appreciated in the summer heat. Great communication, one of the ACs didn’t work when we arrived, but was repaired in less then two hours after reporting it.

שהינו בדירה חמישה לילות, והייתה בה כל מה שמשפחה צריכה כדי להרגיש בנח בעלי הדירה חשבו על כל פרט. ממגירה ליד המיטה עם פנקס, עט ופנס למי שרוצה לכתוב מחשבות או חלומות, ועד מכונת כביסה, מטבח מאובזר, אמבטיה נעימה ומיטות נוחות. גם כשביקשנו להקדים מעט את שעת הצ'ק-אין, הם באו לקראתנו. בכל שאלה שעלתה לאורך השהות קיבלנו מענה מהיר ואדיב. המיקום היה מצוין. תחנת הרכבת נמצאת במרחק הליכה קצר, ובסביבה יש מסעדות, חנות נוחות שפתוחה 7/23 וכל מה שצריך. הדירה ממוקמת ממש ליד האוניברסיטה, כך שבכל בוקר אפשר היה לראות את הסטודנטים בדרכם ללימודים, ובערב בדרכם חזרה. זה בשכונת מגורים ודאך נפלאה להכיר את קיוטו ללא תיירים מסביב

This property worked well for our family of 4 . I liked the layout and location . The kids stayed downstairs and we were upstairs which was nice. This is a very traditional style Japanese house with paper walls and Windows, just fyi
This property is a bit dated . So although it had lots of good reviews , I feel like it’s a little tired and needs some sprucing up . Also , we cooked a lot while we were there which proved to be a little difficult with only one frying pan , one knife and limited cooking utensils . We did like the layout of the kitchen. FYI, There’s a college very close by and there were tons of students walking back and forth which made it somewhat difficult for taxis to come and pick us up .
