    An exceptional riverside stay in York, with a beautiful apartment, thoughtful hospitality and the perfect location for e

    We stayed in this beautiful riverside apartment in York, and it was truly exceptional. Stylish, full of character and wonderfully welcoming, it had everything we could have hoped for and more. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel comfortable, from chilled water, fresh milk and orange juice to the generous selection of sweet treats. Tim was a fantastic host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The secure parking was a real bonus, especially in such a central location, with good value pay-and-display parking nearby if needed. The apartment is also within easy walking distance of York’s local sights, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. A superb place to stay - we would highly recommend it and will definitely return!

    Nice clean and tidy, fully furnished in a lovely building and was pleasantly quiet.

    Advertising says Aircon, it's a lie. A tower fan is not air-conditioning. Fortunately it wasn't a hot weekend but still we booked it solely for AC and was very disappointed with what we got.

    Beautiful location, lovely apartment with everything you need. Tim is a lovely man who cannot do enough to help. Would highly recommend.

    Only issue we had was being able to reach the kitchen cupboards as they were so high up, the joys of being short (5ft 3) 😂
