    Excellent host always smiling. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and shops along main road. Room clean with all basic necessary amenities. Outside has tables and chairs or hammocks laid out in a beach sand and coconut tree inner courtyard to relax in in the evening, which was my favourite. Good place to stay.

    Cocosand itself was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. This IS NOT a negative point to them, but rather for Hàm Tiến strip itself. Moving from main street to beach and vice versa can sometimes be difficult, because it's very developed - hotels and restaurants wall to wall and it's hard to tell if you're welcome to just walk through. Overrun by russians to the point that russian people themselves are standing in front of restaurants, greeting you in russian and inviting in. They're not necessarily doing anything bad, but they're not overly liked by many nowadays. Again, if you're staying in the area Cocosand is an excellent place to book!
