Fantastic place in Koukaki for a short break

Modern comfortable rooms with great facilities. Good bed, good bathroom. Helpful staff. Very central location in Koukaki. Good for walking everywhere. Third time staying here… so 👍

    Nothing. All good.

    Too noisy for me

Beautiful design of rooms and lobby. Very clean. Enjoyed going to nearby cafe for breakfast l

Sadly it’s noisy. It needs sound proof windows. Mattress was so spongy. Blind didn’t work. Too many light switches it took ages to figure out how to turn different lights on/off
