    Needs attention

    Quiet surroundings which ensured I had a good night's sleep. Key code box, so I could arrive when I was ready Good off street parking

    The cleanliness really let this annexe down. The dining table was covered in hairs and crumbs, the toilet had suspicious stains down the side of it, the bathroom floor was dirty and covered in hairs. The sofa needs to be replaced. There should be a new sponge for each guest in the kitchen.

    Fab, dog friendly, really helpful, totally secure for the dogs. Felt relaxed all week. EV charger costs very reasonable. Definitely go again.

    Great location for exploring the area with the bonus of a private pool

    The apartment was very clean, cosy and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the garden was perfect. Nice place to come back to after walking in the area. Stella and Stuart were friendly and hospitable - would recommend if you’re visiting Colchester as in the suburbs with pleasant parks for the dog, one at the end of the road and great transport links to get to Wivenhoe, Mearsea island, Walton on the Naze and Constable country.
