    Perfect base for exploring beautiful area, excellent value for money

    Traditional seaside guest house. We stayed in Room 2 which was a fantastic size room, with a lovely seating area at the back of the property so nice and quiet. The cleanliness was exceptional and room décor was in keeping with the seaside theme, which was nice. Location was great, in centre of Beer so easy to walk everywhere locally. Perfect base to explore a beautiful part of the coast, with a number of activities on your doorstep. Communication from hosts was good, given directions and full information regarding off site parking ahead of arrival

    Having access to a fridge and microwave would have been great addition WiFi inconsistent for streaming on the smart TV

    Ideal, welcoming stay in Beer

    Very well kept and convenient access to shops, bus stop and car park.

    If I was single I would prefer the front door to be locked at night. If people lose their key then tough!
