Excellent position. Photos are accurate. Very short walk to ferry or into town. View, Parking. Quiet. Best ice cream shop ever next door. You can walk from the door NE. along the front into countryside. If you have a car, take a trip up into the mountains in the Val de Melo. Good communication.

Opening the key box following the instructions was possible-it was only because I met a neighbour’s that I got in-she said everyone had the same problem who she had met. Flat central heating didn’t work when we arrived which had to be fixed twice. I would have expected that the owner would have tested it pre arrival.When it broke down for the second time we were accused of reducing the temperature so that it didn’t work.We were also accused of leaving the block door unlocked and the lights on both of which were untrue

Ubicación, limpieza , tenía los utensilios necesarios . Fueron flexibles con respecto a la hora de salida la comunicación aunque no fue personal estaban atentos de brindar información.
Estuvimos los primeros días de octubre y por cuestiones ajenas al alojamiento no había posibilidad de calefacción, y con el tiempo que hacía para secar la ropa mal , Les vendria bien tener al menos un ventilador o secadora.
