    Do not trust the written quotes provided by this hotel management. I arranged my stay here with the explicit written confirmation inside the official Booking.com chat that they would provide an airport taxi transfer for €35. The day before my arrival, the hotel messaged me to state there was a ‘mistake’ and that they thought I was staying in a hotel in Seville. They then changed the price to €185—a massive 5x increase. Because of their last-minute breach of our agreement right before my flight, I had no choice but to pay an independent local taxi company €185 out of pocket to reach the airport in time for my flight. This is an illegal bait-and-switch under Spanish consumer law (EU Directive 2005/29/EC). Management has refused to take accountability for the €150 financial loss they caused me. The situation caused a great deal of stress for me and my wife on the last day of our holiday.
