A perfect place to stay while you’re in the paradise of Ponta Delgada.
It was exceptionally clean, safe, and well located. Horacio was great. There is onsite covered parking as well. It is also centrally located so a number of restaurants and stores and experiences are all within walking distance.
There is nothing that comes to mind at all. I highly recommend this facility and working with Horacio.

Fantastic apartment, location, and host!
Horácio was very responsive to all our needs. He also let us check in a little earlier which was especially helpful because we were travelling with our baby. We were a family of 4 adults and a 9 month old baby. The apartment was large and exceptionally clean. The host provided a crib which was great as well. Great location, walking distance to everything in the city centre, but nice to be slightly out of the core of it. Included was a gated secured parking spot in the building which was great since we rented a car. Building is accessible with an elevator (perfect for stroller)
Garbage collection for the building is outside in front of the building and they come around 10pm at night. It is somewhat loud when the trucks come to remove the garbage so with a baby it is good to bring a sound machine. Sometimes there was a slight sewage smell coming from the second bedroom toilet but nothing that was of any major concern.

A good average place to stay
Close to the Coliseum end of town. Easy walk. Lots of local restaurants and stores.
Living room was uncomfortable and awkward.
