L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, à environ 15 minutes à pied du Bastion de Cagliari et de la Via Roma (hauts lieux touristiques, nombreux restaurants) et à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage du Poetto. Il comporte une place de parking réservée au sein de la résidence, elle-même fermée. Excellente connexion internet. L'appartement est vaste, propre, climatisé, et bien agencé pour 4 personnes (2 salles de bain). La décoration a un côté années 1970, mais sobre. Il y a aussi un balcon terrasse avec une petite table offrant une belle vue dégagée (pas de vis-à-vis, face au soleil couchant). Il y a quelques magasins d'alimentation aux alentours pour dépanner. Notre hôte était très chaleureux et serviable (nous a laissé un 2nd trousseau de clé sans caution). A recommander.

Totul Ia fost foarte frumos! Enrico, gazda noastra, a fost foarte amabil. Terasa superba! Apartamentul este intr-un bloc situat intr-un cartier foarte linistit si sigur.

Super good !
We had a wonderful stay at Enrico’s apartment. Enrico was extremely kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Having a parking space in the courtyard was a huge advantage, as parking in Cagliari can be very difficult to find. The courtyard is gated and secured with a 24-hour concierge, which made us feel very safe. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two terraces. There are also three air-conditioning units—one in each bedroom and one in the living room—which kept the apartment cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed having so much space during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept exceptionally well. Everything was excellent, and we would be delighted to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Klidná lokalita s výhledem na moře,15 minut pěšky do centra. Výborná komunikace s majitelem, příjemný a vstřícný. Moc se nám tu líbilo.

Die Lage war super. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Aussicht toll und der Parkplatz vor der Tür.
