    Needs Improving at this price

    In a great location to visit all of Venice without being overwhelmed by the crowds. 5 min walk to Ospedale boat station, and to 2 good supermarkets, a few excellent local restaurants within 1-5 mins walk. Excellent beds, lovely terrace overlooking the street but you feel you can touch the tiles of the roofs opposite. Important to know it is the third floor - so a lot of stairs to climb.

    It is expensive - the price of a good hotel - but it didn’t meet our expectations. It looks good but it needs repairs & renewals. — URGENT Improvements Needed In order of Urgency: 1. Dishwasher filter is clogged and filthy with old food & soap 2. Dishwasher bottom rack needs replacing (they are rusty & broken) 3. Under sink Kitchen cupboard door is broken & needs fixing so it opens & closes properly. 4. A Notice to prevent switching off the switch that operates the fridge, freezer & stove piezo lighter. 5. A stepladder to reach items currently out of reach in top of the tall kitchen cupboards. 6. The master Bedroom door handle needs fixing - it comes apart 7. Kitchen socket: at least one more socket is needed - it is only possible to plug one item at a time into the kitchen sockets, (making breakfast requires a spreadsheet and the skills of a juggler). — ESSENTIALS needed to be provided: 1. A dish cloth for wiping surfaces & when having to hand wash cutlery or crockery. 2. Two tea towels for drying crockery 3. An oven glove so hot items can be taken out of oven 4. Instructions for everything; TV, Oven (is it also a microwave), and the Washing machine Finally, the sofa is too low for older people.

    Ideal vacation spot for our family. Spacious & cozy. Loved sipping wine on the terrace.

    Amazing stay - hosts were so helpful and even helped with our luggage.

    It had extremely large radiators that is rare find. It was really cold couple of days and they have saved the trip.
