    Decent place with good breakfast .

    Nice location 7 minutes by car from town center . Good bed and breakfast ( nice view from breakfast room ). Staff very nice and helpful.

    Waking up to construction equipment. I know it’s hard , but maybe wait until after checkout to run large excavators.

    Great value for money!

    Nice hotel, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly people, we felt taken care of like family. The view from the breakfast area is great

    Construction was going on at property that we were informed of before check in. It did not bother us as we were away during the day

    Ottima posizione vicinissimo a Urbino, posto tranquillo e silenzioso,stanza pulita e calda dormito benissimo ,fare colazione sulla terrazza e spettacolare

    Colazione un poco da migliorare ci vorrebbero più prodotti locali soprattutto sui dolci bariste cmq gentilissime e disponibili ,
