Las áreas comunes y la ubicación
En principio creo que no debe tener el calificativo de "hotel boutique", es una casa (muy grande) convertida en hotel, es lindo pero a las habitaciones les hace falta mantenimiento, en el baño hay varias cosas oxidadas, hay letreros enmicados pegados en los muros (para cuidar el agua) lo que da mal aspecto a la habitación, entiendo la preocupación por el cuidado al medio ambiente pero podrían hacerlo diferente. Lo peor es que si reservas a través de Booking incluye el desayuno, las opciones son molletes o huevos a la mexicana peeero en su menú mencionan que por 99 pesos puedes cambiar tu desayuno por una de las opciones de la carta, nosotros lo hicimos así y cuando trajeron la cuenta cobraron el precio de la carta, pedimos aclaración al mesero y su explicación fue que él se equivocó y que los desayunos de 99 pesos eran de otra "carta", seguramente no se va a entender mi comentario y es justo el punto al que quiero llegar su publicidad es confusa y engañosa lo que me parece de muy mal gusto. Quiero mecionar que el desayuno a la carta es muy bueno y las porciones son muy vastas.

For the price and place, amazing.
The staff could not have been better. Rooms was incredibly clean, and the room patio was something beyond what is able to be found in most places. The restaurant was well beyond what one would expect in such a small place.
Bare bulbs, not update locks on doors. But that is just using US standards. For Latin American standards, excellent. Not good for anyone with mobility issues.

Boutique stay with nice pool in Zona Universitaria
Nice pool, though change rooms seem to be getting updated. We liked the gardens throughout the property. Our suite was spacious with a living/dining area. Breakfast patio was pleasant. Very close to the Zona Universitaria, and a short walk to Los Berros. We appreciated the included parking.
The style of our room was a bit dated/odd, or just not to our taste. We wished for more shelf space and less fussy drawers. The televisions took a lot of set-up to get them working. There was zero kitchen equipment in the kitchenette (note: we didn't especially book the room for this feature) however it was odd.
