    Exceptional

Nice quiet location in walking distance from everything but quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Short walk from the ATVO station. Spacious and clean. Great host with good communication and lots of information about the city.

    Exceptional

Excellent location, giving very easy access from the bus station, and still being a short walk to all the sights. Amazing restaurants around. Very comfortable bed.

The water pressure in the shower but I guess that might be a general Venice issue.
