Happy with our choice
A great location for a visit to town. Beautifully clean and tidy units.
Shower was very small and hard to control the temperature. Pillows were too fat and too thin (appreciate this is hard to get right to suit everyone).

The location, price and facilities were quite good, but the stairs would ensure we wouldn't go back.
Location was very convenient, being able to walk to restaurants and also the city tram.
We had no idea there would be stairs (and two sets of stairs at that) until we checked in. The photos we saw when booking the property all seemed to indicate it was a ground floor unit. However, there were stairs up to the entrance door (no lift available), the lounge/kitchen and bathroom were on that entrance level, then more stairs up to the bedroom. My wife struggles with stairs so it was quite a problem. There are ground-floor units there too, we booked well in advance, but maybe we were unlucky. The parking was also very limited and tight to get in and out of.

No hesitation in recommending this property.
We loved the room which was quite large and thoughtfully decorated to ensure you had everything you needed. There was room for cases and an additional folding rack. Plenty of storage if you were there for a few night and wanted to unpack. Easy parking outside. It was excellent value for money. We were able to walk to local restaurants and then easily through the centre of the city and through to the gardens the next day. The Manger was warm and welcoming, recommending an excellent restaurant for dinner. We really appreciated her marking out a map for our walk the next day to ensure we got the most out of our short stay. Will be recommending this property to those we know are travelling to Christchurch.

A great studio unit
A good size studio, very well equipped, clean and quiet. Well priced and a great location. A comfortable bed and super size armchairs, making for a very relaxed weekend stay.
