Pessima struttura ma ci ha fatto molto comodo per la posizione
La posizione dell'immobile a due passi dal Politecnico
Immobile vecchio e trascurato arredato così come era forse quando lo abitavano degli anziani signori. Dei due bagni in uno dei due non si poteva usare il wc, nell'altro il lavabo perchè l'acqua fluiva a malapena. L'arredamento era veramente obsoleto e trascurato. Nessun intervento ritengo sia stato fatto per dare alla struttura un minimo di dignità, non è stato cambiato neanche uno dei due neon in bagno rotto non so da quanto, i lampadari sono rimasti quelli di sempre e la lampadina della cucina è rimasta una vecchissima lampadina ad incandescenza nera per la lunga vita trascorsa. Le carte da parati demodè, in una delle due stanze da letto non c'era neanche la porta ed è stata inserita una tenda, in uno dei due bagni mancava la chiave, i quadri veramente inquietanti, insomma un vecchio appartamento forse ricevuto in eredità con il quale il proprietario sta facendo un po di quattrini. L'impianto elettrico quanto di più pericoloso possibile e ritengo senza le minime certificazioni di legge.
