  Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour

  emplacement

  nous avions réservé un grand appartement de 100m2 3 chambres avec piscine dans l'hotel pour finalement n'avoir qu'un appartement de 38m2 avec 1 chambre et les 2 autres lits dans le salon dans un autre hotel et une piscine à 10mn à pieds. L'hote Steve nous avait contacté en amont pour nous faire changer d'appartement car apparemment le notre était déjà réservé. Je lui avais bien demandé si la surface était comparable au premier ainsi que la présence d'un salon dans l'appartement. Il avait validé cela. Nous étions donc ok pour changer mais en arrivant nous avons vu que ce n'était pas le cas. Steve a expliqué que c'était de la faute de Booking et qu'il allait demander une discount, nous n'avons bien sûr rien obtenu...Je n'ai pas apprécié sa mauvaise foi car il a affirmé que nous savions pour le changement de chambre. Effectivement, mais nous ne savions pas que l'appartement serait bien plus petit, moins confortable et beaucoup plus éloigné de la piscine, bref grosse déception, et méfiez vous de ce que raconte Steve

  Steve was very helpful and delightful. Telling us about the local area and keen to ensure that our stay was good.

  Sofas were comfortable and beds were very comfortable and bedding and towels were clean. Kitchen had all the utensils you could ever need. A selection of food had been provided in the fridge which was lovely. There was free wifi. The swimming pool was clean and well kept. There was a fig tree in the garden that we were allowed to help ourselves to. We walked into town and there was a supermarket on the corner of the road.

  The bathroom requires a little updating. Taps were tight and the shower cubicle needed retiling a d had poor flow. The Air conditioners were noisy and could be heard rattling in other apartments throughout the night but were essential as it was extremely hot. We were bitten by mosquitoes in the apartment over night even though we didn’t open any windows so some plug in repellent would have been good.

  Upon arriving at the apartment we were greeted by Steve. What a perfect gentleman. He couldn’t have done enough for us.

  Perfect place to stay in Rhodes

  Location, Host, Facilities and space. This place is like home away from home. Steve is amazing, very friendly and helpful. He really helps you to visit the right places. I have never met a host like him. The pool is awesome and all the amenities are very close.
